Spring loaded pins, sometimes referred to as retractable plunger pins or index pins. The pin body is screwed into the component and the plunger is operated by pulling or releasing the spring loaded mechanism.

Applications include machining positioners, indexing devices, latches, opening frames, tubing and loading pins.

Spring loaded pins are available in Zinc plated Steel and Stainless Steel socket construction in both locking and non locking forms. Various imperial and metric threads are available.
